Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable after program commencement, except as described in our Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before program start date: full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before start date: no refund
• Once a program has commenced, no refunds are provided
• For in-person retreats, cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable
